Reliance Jio extends its free offers for the second time

The deadline for enrolling for a Prime membership is also extended until 15th April.

RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani was instrumental in Reliance Jio's launch.

Reliance Jio managed to garner over 100 million subscribers, thanks to its free Prime subscription. The Mukesh Ambani-led company was able to retain 72 million customers who signed up for Jio’s paid services, starting April 1. There’s a good news for all those who did. It appears like Prime customers who make their first recharge before April 15th, will get their services free for the first 3 months. This 3-month extension is coupled with the company extending the deadline for enrolling for a Prime membership to 15th April.

Reliance Jio’s Prime membership gives subscribed users access to special data offers, premium content, deals and more at Rs 99.

This isn’t the first time Reliance Jio has extended its free offers. Back in December 2016, Jio’s free Happy New Year services were extended until March, 2017.
