BenQ launches first Designer Monitor with USB-C docking station

BenQ has unveiled the PD2710QC, adding a new model in BenQ’s series of Designer Monitors. The new design monitor is a 27-inch QHD (2560x1440) IPS LED display claims to deliver 100 per cent sRGB color accuracy. Featuring the world’s first USB-C Docking Station on a designer monitor, PD2710QC features CAD/CAM, Animation, and Darkroom modes tailored for specialized work for designers.

PD2710QC enables laptop charging, data transfer, Internet connection, audio and video transmission through one USB-C cable. Simultaneously delivering up to 61 watts of power to a laptop or mobile device, its single 5Gbps SuperSpeed USB-C connection powers its integrated hub featuring multiple audio, video, network, and USB ports in addition to uncompressed 2K QHD video quality. 

Covering 100 per cent of sRGB and Rec. 709, PD2710QC generates colours augmented by its IPS panel structure. In addition, PD2710QC’s colour quality is certified by Technicolor to meet strict standards for colour accuracy used in Hollywood and throughout the media and entertainment industries.

It produces picture quality with 2K QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution, providing professional display productivity for engineering, graphic arts, and photograph imaging.
