A robotic accelerator for skateboards
Rise Robotics has invented Kick Stick, a robot stick that makes skateboards go as fast as a car.
A team of technology enthusiasts based in New York have invented Kick Stick – a pressure based throttle that can push skateboards with a 30mph speed. It is designed in a way that enables saving power. Its secure design prevents skidding, too.
Equipped with swappable batteries, users can experience endless skating with Kick Stick. The ergonomics grips and carbon fiber suspension makes it for a comfortable ride. When not in need, one can simply collapse the Stick, thereby making it extremely mobile.
