Mumbai: While Blackberry might have failed to keep pace with modern-day Android and iOS smartphones, it’s ‘Blackberry Hub’ was undoubtedly one of the best features on the OS.

A recent report by Sammobile has pointed out that Samsung is all set to introduce a feature similar to Blackberry Hub, which acts an all-inclusive communication hub, integrating various services such as e-mail, social networks, and instant messaging apps.

The new app, dubbed Samsung Focus, which is speculated to come along with the upcoming Galaxy Note 6, will integrate numerous functionalities such as email, calendar, contacts, and messaging.

The report also pointed out that the aggregation of emails will be one of the key highlights of Samsung Focus; it will help users view and respond to emails from several mail accounts similar to Google’s inbox app.

Although there is no word if the app will include Gmail or the default Android email app that disappered after Android 5.0 but still present on Samsung’s handsets.

If the Focus app is featured on the Note 6, all the users will be able to monitor and create calendar dates, emails, and much more. Moreover, users will also be able to mark some contacts as priority and receive notifications from them.

Samsung Focus has been touted to have a clean and modern interface, unlike previous Samsung apps.

It will help users in eliminating the need to open individual apps such as calendar, email, contacts, and many more. Also, current Samsung device users may also expect an update soon after its release with the Galaxy Note 6.
