Gamescom, a German games convention, is perhaps, one of the biggest videogame shows in the world. The former never ceases to surprise us each year especially given its fun-packed and surprisingly dynamic shows, events and revelations.
There are over 100s of exhibitors including Amazon, Gameloft, Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega, Warner and others that have been booked into this year’s Gamescom convention that is scheduled to take place between August 17th and 21st of this month. If this isn’t enough, Sony recently announced all its greatest games that it is planning to bring to the convention – and the list, sure is, long.
Posted on the German PlayStation Blog, the list includes PlayStation VR games like Batman: Arkham VR, Eve Valkyrie, Resident Evil 7, and Until Dawn: Rush of Blood.
There are added three playable standard PlayStation 4 games, including Gran Turismo Sport, Titanfall 2, and Destiny: Rise of Iron. There are other games listed under the header ‘What can I see?’ such as Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone, Detroit: Become Human, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, and Mafia III.
Additionally, Sony is bringing the PlayStation Truck to Gamescom, along with the 'Mixed Zone' section. At these places, people can play games like Killing Floor 2, Gravity Rush 2, Ni-oh, and others.
