Android Nougat 7.0 release date for Samsung, Motorola, OnePlus
Android 7.0 was officially released on August 22, 2016 with several Nexus and Pixel smartphones.
Android Nougat 7.0 was released back in August with smartphones: Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, Pixel C and General Mobile 4G. Dave Burke, Android’s Vice President of Engineering stated in August 2016 that updates to Nougat would be released quarterly as maintenance releases focusing on “continued refinements and polish.” Thereafter came the updated version -- Android Nougat 7.0.1, followed by Nougat 7.1.1.
Users of the other devices have been anticipating the launch of this update ever since. Numerous reports suggest that the latest Android Nougat OS will soon be released by Samsung, Motorola and OnePlus.

Motorola: While the company has already launched the Android Nougat 7.0 update for its Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4 smartphone users, they are expected to make the latest Android 7.1.1 update available for most devices soon.
OnePlus: The company’s OnePlus 3 and 3T is already upgradeable to the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
