OnePlus 3 and 3T smartphones have been considered powerful and affordable devices, but it seems that some models have got a very annoying issue. There have been multiple reports of OnePlus 3 and 3T users who have taken to Reddit in order to complain about crooked rear cameras.

According to the posts, the users have complained about rear cameras on some OnePlus 3 and 3T models are slightly tilted to the left or right, leaving the impression that the smartphone wasn’t assembled properly.

The issue however, isn’t present on all OnePlus 3 and 3T units, and camera performance shouldn’t be affected. The phone has a 16MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 16MP camera in the front. The main camera features phase detection autofocus.

It is however the fact that the crooked camera bump is annoying, giving the impression of a poorly built phone, not a powerful device with premium finishes. The aesthetics problem was noticed by some users, and once you see the issue, you cannot unsee it.

The issue was posted by a user of OnePlus 3T Colette Edition, which was recently announced and carries a price tag of about €479. It’s unclear if the user will be seeking a refund or exchange of his OnePlus 3T.

The phones are as of now available at the OnePlus' pop-up shop at the Colette store in Paris and come with 128GB of internal memory. Customers have also received a free set of Bullets V2 earphones for their purchase.

The new OnePlus 3T variant has the same specs as the flagship phone that was announced last year. It runs on a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and has 6GB of RAM. OnePlus 3T draws its power from a 3,400mAh battery and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on top of its 5.5-inch AMOLED display. It has a fingerprint scanner in the front and USB Type-C port.
