Google is facing trouble with launching 'Google Feed' on Android: report

Google on July 19 announced an overhaul of its search app on mobile phones to include a personalized feed of links.

Update: 2017-07-25 07:13 GMT
The new feature is speculated to be somewhat similar to Facebook's \"News Feed\".

Google is having trouble rolling its recently designed ‘Google Feed’ on its own mobile operating system Android, reported The recode.

Last week Google begin adding a new feature called ‘Google Feed’ to its mobile platform-based application, showing users content based on their location and preferences based on search histories. But, unfortunately, the technology giant is unable to roll out it out on devices operating on Android platform.

In a statement to the recode, Google clarified the reason behind the delay is “how the feed works on Android home screens”. “The rollout to devices where the feed is launched from the home screen will take slightly longer due to technical aspects of the deep integration to the system,” a Google spokesperson told the recode.
