Google calendar finally lands on iPad
The app allows users to use reminders to create and view to-dos alongside their events
Google has released the long-awaited Calendar app on the Apple’s iPad.
The app will provide iPad users with a view of the calendars that they’ll have and can be shared with them through Google’s services.
Additionally, the app allows users to use reminders to create and view to-dos alongside their events, personal goals— and Calendar will schedule time for them automatically, quick event creation — Smart suggestions for event titles, places and people save you time when creating events.
Although Apple has a calendar app to run on its devices, it never proved as efficient for the iPad. According to a description on Apple post, the Google Calendar app works with all calendars on your device, including Exchange and iCloud.
With the launch, Google aims to push its G Suite productivity services available to a broad set of people, which includes Apple customers as well.
