Leaked images of beautiful Nebula Blue OnePlus 7 Pro surface
The handset will come in three striking shades and it’s plain to see which one will get the most takers.
The OnePlus 7 line-up will be officially announced on May 14 and by now, through leaks, we get a fair idea of what to expect when it’s finally made official. For those who have set their sights on purchasing this upcoming flagship, the latest leak will further aide your cause as press images of the OnePlus 7 Pro have just surfaced showcasing two new colour options — Nebula Blue and Midnight Black.
The Midnight Black OnePlus 7 Pro falls in line with previous generation devices and there’s really nothing to wow us over even though it has one of the strongest sales numbers. The Nebula Blue model on the other hand is a brand spanking new colour option that’s destined to turn heads. With the Nebula Blue OnePlus 7 Pro, we get a beautiful blue gradient design that shifts impeccably to black, depending on the way the light falls on it. This handset is set to wow OnePlus customers as much as the Purple OnePlus did last year.
A report by GSMArena states that it is great that OnePlus is finally deciding to change its design policy of releasing two black variants as well as embrace some more colour. Apart from the OnePlus logo, we also find the OnePlus wording situated at the bottom of the handset, which is a welcome change.
To the front we see a beautifully curved screen that’s practically bezel-less, except for the super slim chin that’s believed to come with a 90Hz refresh rate. We don’t find a notch here because the handset will feature a pop-up selfie camera, that’s located in the middle.
A notable absentee on the device is the fingerprint scanner on the rear. This feature was removed with the OnePlus 6T and it only makes sense that the OnePlus 7 series will not come with it as well. Instead, the brand will use an in-display fingerprint scanner which was also fitted on the 6T. As far as optics go, the OnePlus 7 Pro will come with three rear cameras which is said to comprise of a wide sensor, an ultra-wide lens and a telephoto lens. The last mentioned sensor is confirmed to feature a 3x zoom while the main sensor will be a 48MP shooter.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 7 Pro will come loaded with a Snapdragon 855 chipset and it’s starting price is believed to be USD 700 which is about Rs 48,500. This handset is expected to be the costliest OnePlus yet as it has features to match. At the OnePlus event, there will be a non-Pro OnePlus announced too and it will come with a notched display. The vanilla OnePlus 7 will feature a dual-camera setup and for the most part it will look similar to the OnePlus 6T. The display here is said to feature a 60z refresh rate and will be smaller in comparison the OnePlus 7 Pro.
