LG V30 to be a video centric smartphone: report

LG is clearly focused on making video the centre of all communication with V30.

LG has been known to focus on multimedia and video recording with its V-series smartphones. With the LG V10, the company brought the dual camera and a manual video mode, while the V20 introduced the first 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC, Hi-Fi video recording and wide camera sensors on both sides.

According to a report by Android Authority, the LG V30 will be the first smartphone camera to offer f/1.6 aperture with a crystal clear lens, and LG will combine this with a new Cine Video and Live Zoom effect. The camera app is also said to support LG-Log and Graphy feature to provide DSLR-like controls.

The V-series will continue to be one of the best audio-centric smartphones. The device is also said to offer Hi-Fi video recording with RAM (receiver as a mic), which will allows users to connect an external microphone.

LG is clearly focused on making video the centre of all communication with V30. This indicates that the company is poised to offers an unprecedented video and audio experience. The LG V30 will also support the HDR-10 and Google’s Daydream VR.
