Honor 6 Play with quad-core MediaTek SoC launched

Huawei online brand Honor has launched a new smartphone in the entry level segment. The smartphone is dubbed as the Honor 6 Play and will be selling at a price of CNY 599 (approx Rs 5,900).

The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and pixel density of 294ppi. The device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737T SoC clocked at 1.4GHz paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat.

The device comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, it has a 5MP front facing shooter.
