Moto G6 Plus with 5.9-inch 18:9 display, 3D glass body launched in India
The device runs the Android 8.1 Oreo OS and is powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset clocked at 2.2Ghz.
After the Moto G6 and G6 Play, Motorola launched the larger variant Moto G6 Plus in India at the price of Rs 22,499. It comes in a single variant with the storage of 6GB RAM and 64GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB. The device was unveiled in the month of April globally.
Being the highest-spec model in the Moto’s G series lineup, the G6 Plus gets the largest display and better processor as compared to other models in the array. It incorporates the 5.93-inch full-HD+ display with the aspect ratio of 18:9. The device runs the Android 8.1 Oreo OS and is powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset clocked at 2.2Ghz. Android Pie update has been reported to come for the G6 Plus in the coming days.
As for the camera, the Moto G6 Plus sports a dual camera set up at the rear — a 12MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture along with a 5MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Selfie duties are handled by an 8MP snapper with f/2.2 aperture and both the sides get flash for taking low-light photos. The device is fuelled by a 3,200mAh battery along with the support for TurboPower adaptor. The Moto G6 Plus is available in Indigo and Gold colour variants.
