More people, especially youngsters, are now diverting from television to online platforms such as Youtube.

New Delhi: Global video-sharing website YouTube has unveiled a new chat feature called 'native sharing' through which users can converse with others via text, photos, and links inside the YouTube mobile app.

One can even share a video with friends and chat about it directly with this new feature in the app, the Verge reports.

The California-based company has included the feature in the app in a bid to increase the amount of videos shared by users in the app itself.
