Twitter was down for more than an hour today

Mumbai: The micro-blogging site Twitter’s website is down since an hour now. Users across India, Japan, US and Australia have been unable to access the  website.

As of 0911 hours, the website shows an error screen when a user logs in, while the mobile site seems to be up again.

Ironically, people flocked on Facebook to post the Twitter outage.
