Oppo A3s announced in India with Snapdragon 450 SoC and 6.2-inch LCD display

The Oppo A3s will launch at online and offline retailers on July 15.

It appears that Oppo hasn’t finished announcing products for India, shortly after unveiling the Find X in India, the brand is back with a budget offering, the Oppo A3s. This is basically a rebranded Oppo A5.

The Oppo A3s features a 6.2-inch IPS display that comes with a 720 x 1520 pixel resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. This is the highlighted feature of the handset. Oppo has termed this feature as FullView display and it has an impressive 88.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC and is paired with 2GB of RAM. The handset is fitted with 16GB of expandable storage.

Oppo has used a dual-camera system on the rear with the primary camera featuring a 13MP shooter with a f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor for depth sensing. The front-facing selfies camera found here is rated at 8MP with a f/2.2 aperture and it features AI Beauty effects that are commonly found in most smartphones these days.

The handset runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Color OS 5.1 and to keep it powered on, Oppo has loaded a 4230mAh battery in the A3s.

The Oppo A3s will cost Rs 10,990 and will be available on Amazon, Flipkart,  PayTM and offline retailers from July 15.
