Lenovo unveils Vibe K5 Plus in India, priced at Rs 8,499

Mumbai: Lenovo, on March 15, unveiled all-new Vibe K5 Plus smartphone in India.

The Vibe K5 Plus features a 12.7 cm Full HD display with 441ppi resolution, encased in a tapered metal body. It is powered by a Qualcomm 64-Bit Snapdragon 616 Octacore chipset, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is also the first sub Rs 10,000 smartphone to support TheaterMax. A sensitive Gyro on the K5 Plus helps with real-time orientation when using the phone for Virtual Reality applications.

The Vibe K5 Plus’ rear camera is equipped with a 5-piece lens that allows capturing full HD videos and pictures. It sports a 5MP primary camera. The smartphone is packed with a 2,750mAh battery, that Lenovo claims can last an entire day.

The Vibe K5 Plus will be on a non-registration sale exclusively on Flipkart starting 23rd March, 12-noon. It is priced at Rs 8,499. During the first sale there would be an exclusive exchange & upgrade offer for existing Lenovo A6000 and A6000 Plus users.
