Concept video | Rebirth of the indestructible' Nokia 3310
Nokia is said to unveil three new handsets, including the new Nokia 3310 at the MWC on Feb 26.
Nokia (or rather, HMD Global) is reportedly planning to re-launch the Nokia 3310 phone at the Mobile World (MWC) Conference to be held in Barcelona.
HM Global, a Finnish manufacturer who now owns the right to market the Nokia brand, is apparently considering launching a revamped version of the Nokia 3310, almost six years after the death of its original variant.
Following the reports, Concept Creator has made a video showing how Nokia would give a re-birth to the ‘indestructible’ phone.
In the video, the Nokia 3310 appears to bear same design as its predecessor. The phone is showcased to come in the original dark blue colour along with red, gold and light blue colour as well.
The concept video shows the new Nokia 3310 to sport a rear camera, 1-5-inch display, built-in radio, micro USB and 1650mAh battery, which is claimed to stand-by 55 to 235hrs. The phone is also expected to include 8GB internal memory storage and dimension of about 113 x48 x 14mm, with a polycarbonate body with Linex coating.
According to famous tipster Evan Blass, the phone cost €59 (approx. Rs 4,300) and will be initially available only to European and North American market.
