The next Samsung device comes with features that will crush the competition.

Initially, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 boasted features that made it a must-have handset. However, leaks started surfacing that suggested that the device would lose a fan-favourite feature which took the edge out of the smartphone. Samsung has redeemed itself in a way no other brand can as the latest rumour alleges that the Galaxy Note 10 will come with two exciting features that will put it head over heels above its nearest rival, the Apple iPhone 11.

Both these leaks have been shared by Samsung insider @IceUniverse and with it, we can expect some exciting additions to the yet unannounced smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Pro will come with a camera that’s nothing like we have seen before and will come with a massive sound upgrade.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will miss out a Samsung’s next-generation optics but @IceUniverse claims that Chinese engineers have stated that it will come with a three-stage variable aperture; something that’s not seen on a smartphone yet. The variable aperture will include f/1.5, f/1.8 and f/2.4. The Samsung Galaxy S10 featured dual aperture so getting three-stage variable aperture is something that Samsung can do.

Forbes explains this technology by stating, “Aperture controls the amount of light entering a lens so, in theory, a triple aperture should give the Galaxy Note 10 more control across different lighting conditions to avoid over or underexposing a shot. Can it catch up with Google’s Pixel 3 and Huawei’s P30 Pro? Image processing in software is increasingly the decisive factor, but no company has hardware like this.”

Moving on, the next big feature that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will include is Sound on Display. @IceUniverse states that the handset will feature stunningly thin bezels leaving no room for speaker grooves on the front of the smartphone. So adding Sound on Display is the way to go for this model. Last year, Samsung unveiled SoD technology and it enables sounds to vibrate directly through the display. Samsung isn’t the first brand to debut this technology, but definitely one of the first to incorporate it in a mainstream commercially available handset.

So while the Galaxy Note 10 will come at a less than ideal premium price tag and kill off the 3.5mm audio jack, it will definitely boast features that will make it an alluring option.
