Is Samsung gearing for the launch of the Galaxy C7 in India soon?
Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy C7 smartphone had earlier been spotted on Geekbench’s performance testing website, which also revealed a few specifications of the device. The C7 is scheduled to launch soon, but there is no word from the company as yet. However, we spotted around 23 pieces of the same device being shipped to India for either testing or as to be placed as demo units during the launch.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 bears the code CM-C7000 till the actual name is revealed. The Geekbench scores that were spotted online rated the device with a score of 4626 and 849 points in single and multi core testing. The device test also spilled out information about the smartphone ahead of the launch.
As for the specifications, the C7 is believed to sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa core processor clocked at 2.02GHZ, will have an Adreno 406 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The device is also speculated to sport a 16MP camera along with an 8MP camera on the front. The Galaxy C7 will feature a full HD 5.5-inch display and a complete metal body. As for the price details on the import website, the Samsung Galaxy C7 is declared at Rs 18,500 each. We could expect to see Samsung pricing the device around Rs 22,000 - Rs 23,000 each.
