Nokia smartphones get major update for camera app

This is a comprehensive update which came with the updated version of Nokia Camera version 90.0.1123.20.

Nokia smartphones have received a new update for their proprietary Camera app which brings new features such as Google Lens, Motion Photos along with a refreshed UI for the application. This is a comprehensive update which came with the updated version of Nokia Camera – version 90.0.1123.20.

The update utilises 247MB of data and works on smartphones Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco, as reported by Beebom. The latest Nokia 6.1 Plus comes with the updated application installed on the phone out-of-the-box while the previous version Nokia 6.1 is not compatible with the upgrade.

Google Lens already comes infused in cameras from the brands such as OnePlus and ASUS. It is useful in identifying an object just by pointing the camera towards it. When it comes to accuracy, it works most of the times and is able to recognize a majority of objects. Motion Photos helps you in getting a photo of your choice by clicking images of either of its sides. It also lets you make GIF files out of it.
