Get ready for HP's 2-in-one smartphone-cum-desktop PC this august
HP Elite X3 will go on sale starting August in 46 countries, including the US.
HP’s much talked about superphone, Elite X3 running Windows 10 will go on sale starting August in 46 markets across the globe, including US. The device will be selling at a price of $ $699 in the United States for the standard package and $799 when purchased with a dock offering Continuum, allowing using the phone as a fully featured PC on a bigger screen.
The device will come with a 5.96 inch AMOLED screen with 2560*1440 protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM.
It sports a 16MP rear camera with an LED flash, while there is an 8 MP front facing camera also on board. It will also have iris support for Windows Hello and a fingerprint sensor will be available too.
The HP Elite X3 will feature a 4,150 mAh battery with wireless charging and USB Type-C for quick charging and data transfers. It will offer NFC and GPS support as well.
The smartphone will come with 128-bit BitLocker and Enterprise Grade VPN, but also with support for HP services that are specifically offered to companies.
