Nokia preparing phone with Snapdragon 835 processor
The Nokia P1 is expected to be announced at the MWC 2017 to be held next month.
Nokia is reportedly working on a flagship smartphone that will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC processor.
In a reply to a query, Nokia on its Weibo account posted, “Understood your mood, because the new high-end Snapdragon SoC has just released, please give us some time to prepare, when the time will be made public.”
In fact, a previous report by a Russian Website Worket confirmed Nokia P1 will feature the Snapdragon 835 processor. The report added Nokia P1 will sport a 5.3-inch IGZO display protected by the Gorilla Glass 5. It will offer a 6GB of RAM and 128/256GB internal memory storage, and will come packed with a 3500mAh battery with Quick Charge technology.
It revealed that the Nokia P1 will be based on the design of Sharp Aquos Xx3 smartphone. In fact, the 22.6MP camera featured by the Nokia P1 will be identical to the Sharp Aquos Xx3.
