Google ads spam blocker to Nexus phones

Google announced that it is updating the Google phone app on Nexus and Android One devices with a new spam – blocking tool. This tool will help warn owners about potential spam callers and also give them the ability to block or report suspected spam callers.

How it works?

Nexus and Android One device owners will need to enable Caller ID in order to enjoy the new spam protection.  Every time, the device receives spam, the phone will immediately alert you and block it for the time being.

It is free for all Nexus and Android One users and will be updated automatically by Google.
