Sony Xperia XZ3 expected to come with 48MP camera
Sony recently introduced its new sensor named as IMX586 which has the image capturing capacity of 48MP.
Cameras are undoubtedly the most important components of smartphones which influences the decisions of buyers. While several manufacturers are hustling to give their best shot in this arena, Sony seems to be lagging no behind. At least for its upcoming device the Sony Xperia XZ3 which is highly likely to come strapping the astonishing 48MP camera.
Going by the report published in a Japanese portal Sumahoinfo, the benchmark acquired of what is said to be the model H8416 will be featuring the staggering 48MP sensor (miswritten as 47MP, as told by Sumahoinfo). However, contrary to the ongoing tradition of a pair of cameras, the premium smartphone will be fitted with only a single camera, which sounds potent though.
The benchmark which has been acquired from GFXbench only reveals the model name which couldn't be precisely claimed of being the Xperia XZ3 as there are chances it might come with the Xperia XZ2 Premium-like dual camera setup. However, Sony just recently introduced its new sensor named as IMX586 which has the image capturing capacity of 48MP. This is supposed to come incorporated in smartphones by September.
Going all the indications, it is highly likely that the powerful sensor will make its way in the Sony Xperia XZ3 whose launch we can expect in the coming few months.
