Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Renders Leaked Ahead of Launch

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S25 series lineup at the Galaxy Unpacked Event on January 22. Ahead of the launch, renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series have been published o Android Headlines.
From the images, it seems that Samsung is opting for a rounded corner design for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus appear to be similar in appearance, with the sole distinction being their size.

The images also reveal the color options for the three smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus may be available in light blue, light green, navy, and silver colors. In contrast, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will offer four color options: black, gray, and two silver shades.

All three phones will feature flat displays, flat frames, and flat backplates. Additionally, there’s a change in the camera modules across all three devices, with the top portion being wider than the bottom one.

Here are the expected features of Samsung S25 Series Lineup
Chipset: All three Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphones will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Earlier, Samsung planned to go with its Exynos 2500 for the S25 and S25 Plus models and the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset for the S25 Ultra, but due to yield issues, they went with the Snapdragon chipset for all the models.
Display: The Galaxy S25 is set to sport a 6.16-inch display, while the S25 Plus model and the Ultra model will have a 6.86-inch display.
Design: Samsung may adopt a round corner design for the Ultra, which earlier existed on the S general and Plus models.
Camera: There are only a few changes to the camera performance. The The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have its pixels increased from 12MP to 50MP. The rear camera comes with a 200MP lens, an ultra-wide-angle 50MP lens, a telephoto 3x zoom 10MP lens, and a telephoto 5x zoom 50MP lens.
The Samsung S25 and S25 Plus will come with a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. All three models have a 12MP front camera.
Battery: The charging speed and battery capacity are expected to be the same as the previous model. The The S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra will have 4000 mAh, 4900 mAh, and 5000 mAh battery capacities, respectively.
RAM: The basic RAM of the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra starts at 12GB. The The S25 Ultra RAM capacity increases to 16GB.
Storage: Samsung may ditch the 128GB storage option and may start with a 256GB option.
Apart from the smartphones, Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy Ring 2 and other accessories.
