Pittsburgh: A Pittsburgh man has been charged with terrorist threats and aggravated assault after he raided a pizza store and threw objects at employees and broke some glass. Police say 59-year-old Neil Orr was upset that his pizza was not delivered on time.
Authorities say Orr was told his pizza would be delivered in less than an hour. He called to complain after an hour.
Police say Orr then went to the shop and started throwing things at employees.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 29. He doesn't have an attorney or a listed phone number.
