United Airlines is courting controversy once again. This time for mistreating customers after cabin crew accused a man of touching his son inappropriately. Henry Amador-Batten was travelling with his 5-year-old son Ben from Puerto Rico on May 19. When they were getting off the flight, they were stopped by authorities following a complaint by a crew member about the way Mr Amador-Batten had laid his arm across the boy’s lap, according to the Daily Telegraph.

He was detained for almost an hour due to the “misguided” accusation, and made to feel “like a criminal” in front of other passengers, Henry’s partner Joel Amador-Batten wrote on Facebook. The airline has apologised for the incident.
