Melbourne, Australia: A house owner in Melbourne, who expelled his tenant for not paying the rent on time, got the shock of his life when he found out that the room he had given on rent was filled with over 200 bottles of urine and cans filled with condoms, according to a report in Mirror Online.
Rohan James, had rented out his room to the man since October 2013 by posting an advertisement on Gumtree, a site for free classifieds.
As the man failed to pay rent, James asked him to vacate the place. Even though the man left the house, he failed to move his belongings on time.
'I was tired of it and therefore I got the locks changed and entered the room,' said James.
Upon entering the room, James was shocked to see clothes scattered around the place, food spread around and bottles filled with urine. James said that he could not understand what had happened in the room, adding, 'I was furious on seeing the state of the room.'
The bottles filled with urine were spread everywhere in the room, cupboard and even under the pile of clothes.
James also found a penis pump in the room which according to him was used to fill urine in the bottles.
It took hours for James to clean up the room and dispose of the food cartons, condom-stuffed cola cans, urine bottles and other mess.
