London: Leader of UK Independent Party Nigel Farage on Thursday sparked outrage and cries of racism after he referred to US President Barack Obama as a “creature” and “loathsome individual”. The Ukip leader faced a fierce backlash on social media after making the remark while discussing Trump’s victory.  Farage, who advised Donald Trump during the Republican’s campaign, in a radio interview said: “That Obama creature — loathsome individual — he couldn’t stand our country.”
