Golden Globes 2025: Nominations, Hosts, Presenters, Honorees, and More
The Golden Globes will return this Sunday with major star appeal, featuring big-name nominees like Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, Daniel Craig, Denzel Washington, and Ariana Grande.
The 82nd awards ceremony will be televised by CBS and streamed on Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m. Eastern.
Hosting the Golden Globes Comedian Nikki Glaser will host this year's ceremony. Known for her sharp wit, Glaser has made waves with her roasting style, recently taking aim at Tom Brady. She earned an Emmy nomination for her HBO special “Someday You’ll Die” and will follow Jo Koy, who faced criticism for his performance last year.
Who’s Nominated? Jacques Audiard's musical “Emilia Pérez,” which tells the story of a Mexican drug lord undergoing gender-affirming surgery, leads with 10 nominations. Other top contenders include “Wicked” and “Conclave.” “The Bear” leads in television nominations with five.
Denzel Washington received his 11th nomination, becoming the most-nominated Black performer at the Globes. First-time nominees include Ariana Grande, Dakota Fanning, Zoe Saldaña, and Pamela Anderson for “The Last Showgirl.”

Double Nominees Sebastian Stan, Kate Winslet, and Selena Gomez are all double nominees this year. Gomez is up for both “Emilia Pérez” and “Only Murders in the Building.” Winslet is nominated for “Lee” and “The Regime.” Stan is recognized for “The Apprentice” and “A Different Man.”
Cecil B. DeMille Award Viola Davis will receive the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award for her legendary career in film and television. Past recipients include Meryl Streep, Oprah Winfrey, and Morgan Freeman.
Carol Burnett Award Ted Danson, a three-time Globe winner, will receive the Carol Burnett Award. Known for his roles in “Cheers” and “The Good Place,” Danson continues to shine on television.
