Agilisium aims to make Hyderabad its largest centre
Agilisium will partner with Telangana in skill enhancement programmes to further enhance Telangana’s attractiveness as a destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in the life sciences and the biotech sector.

Hyderabad: Agilisium, a data insights provider to the life sciences industry, said it will recruit about 2,000 people in Hyderabad for its Life Sciences Innovation and Talent Development Lab that it launched a few months ago here. Currently it has just over 100 people but it is hopeful of increasing the numbers on the back of demand coming from life sciences, pharma and allied companies, said Raj Babu, founder and chief executive officer of Agilisium.
“We use data, cloud, GenAI, and analytics to give insights to the companies. These insights will help reduce the process times. They will also make the predictions more effective. In all, we aim to cut down the costs for the companies,” he said.
“We expect our facility in Hyderabad at RMZ Spirein Hyderabad to be our largest centre in terms of number of people working,” he said. The company will shortly increase the workforce here by about 200 as there is demand coming. We are confident of hitting 2,000 in 2-3 years," he added.

Telangana’s proactive approach is attracting a lot of investments. “The
infra that the govt has created is superior. The real estate costs look high compared within Hyderabad. However, they are still affordable when compared to global cities,” he said.
