HYDERABAD: Royal Enfield announced the launch of their latest cruiser, the Super Meteor 650 across India and Europe. The new cruiser is centered around the 648cc twin platform that has enjoyed worldwide recognition with the motorcycles Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650.
The Super Meteor 650 has been tested extensively on proving tracks including highways, towns and cities in India, the UK and Spain, clocking up over one kilometers in the process to ensure the most reliable and enjoyable ride.
The Super Meteor 650 will come in five striking colourways: Astral Black, Astral Blue, Astral Green, Interstellar Grey and Interstellar Green. The Super Meteor 650 Tourer, which comes kitted with a touring windscreen, deluxe touring seat, pillion backrest, is available in two distinctive two-tone finishes: Celestial Red and Celestial Blue.
The motorcycle will be available in three variants, Astral (Rs. 3,48,900 ex-showroom), Interstellar (Rs. 3,63,900 ex-showroom) and Celestial (Rs. 3,78,900). Bookings of the motorcycles are now open in India and the deliveries will commence in February.
