Goldstone Technologies, Quantron AG announce JV to cater to fleet management market

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based Goldstone Technologies Limited (GTL) announced a joint venture with Quantron AG, a German e-mobility major, to cater to the fleet management market.

The joint venture would operate from Augsburg in Germany and Hyderabad as well. It also has plans to set up a US entity this year.

The GTL and Quantron JV will focus on fleet management with AI-supported solutions. It will mainly cater to the demand in Europe, the USA, India, and the Middle East. The JV aims to offer mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) solutions, addressing efficiency and digitalisation challenges.

“We are looking forward to this partnership with GTL in a bid to address the fleet management markets. The Indian ecosystem presents a huge opportunity in this area, which would provide us the necessary expertise to make inroads into the global marketplace,” said Michael Perschke, member of the board and chief executive officer of Quantron AG.

GTL will provide the software expertise and oversee the platform integration. The software features a fleet overview dashboard, driver management, trip information, geofencing, charging or refuelling infrastructure administration, carbon credits tracking, roadside assistance, reports module, and driver mobile app, said Pavan Chavali, managing director, Goldstone Technologies Limited.
