Indian exchanges BSE and NSE ask employees to work from home
Amid fears of coronavirus outbreak, many companies have asked their employees to work from home
Mumbai: National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchanges (BSE) have asked its employees to work from home as a precautionary measure for preventing the spread of coronavirus.
Both Indian exchanges have confirmed that the work from home orders have been issued from tuesday.
"There would be only essential staff like trading team and information technology team that would be working from Wednesday," an official told reporters.
According to the officials the move will help in ensuring smooth functioning of the work and also well-being of their employees.
Amid fears of coronavirus outbreak, many companies have asked their employees to work from home.
