Hyderabad: Real estate player Honer Homes announced ‘Honer Signatis’, a big gated community project. Honer Homes acquired 56 acres at IDL road in which 1.2 million sq ft is currently under development in 28.4 acre for its luxury villa project ‘Honer Richmont’. The latest venture ‘Honer Signatis’ is coming up on the remaining 28 acre. It is being developed with 7.8 million sq ft and 3266 apartments.
According to promoter-director P Venkateswarlu, the gated community will have 18 towers and a three-level parking, two clubhouses, and ground+25 floors. The 3 BHK units will be between 1695 and 1885 sq ft. The 3.5 BHKs will be from 2160 to 2875 sq ft with study rooms. The project has four towers of 4BHK ultra-premium apartments, with four apartments on each floor, a release said.
The project will have two clubhouses, two swimming pools, gym, a central courtyard, EV charging stations and other amenities, it said.
