L&T to Construct AIG Super Specialty Hospital in Gachibowli

In Hyderabad, they've been commissioned by the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology to build a super-specialty hospital in Gachibowli. This project includes constructing civil structures, interiors, and MEP services, alongside paramedical facilities and landscaping, covering a total area of 1.1 million square feet.

In Mumbai, L&T has also been awarded a contract to construct an office building with a total area of 1.3 million square feet. This project involves building a composite steel structure consisting of two basements, a ground floor, six parking levels, and eighteen office floors. The project is expected to be completed in 20 months, showcasing B&F’s ability to efficiently handle large-scale, fast-track projects using advanced composite steel technology.
