Mumbai: Kolhapur, Maharashtra based Saraswati Saree Depot announced Rs 160 crore initial public offering in the price band of Rs 152 to Rs 160 per equity share of Rs 10 face value. The public issue opens on August 12 and closes on August 14, 2024.
Set up in 1966, Saraswati Saree Depot is a wholesaler of women's apparel including sarees, kurtis,dress materials on a B2B basis.
The company sources women's wear from 900 weavers across India and supplier to 13,000 retailers as clients.from warehouses in Kolhapur and Ulhasnagar(near Mumbai).The net proceeds from fresh issue( Rs 104 crore) will be used to meet working capital requirement and for general corporate purposes.
