KAKINADA: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) will hold its ninth convocation on May 31. JNTUK vice chancellor G.V.R. Prasada Raju said Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer has fixed the date and the University has received orders in this regard from the Governor’s office.
He said students who qualified during 2020-21 and 2021-22 would be given degree certificates on the day. The vice chancellor instructed officials to make arrangements to make the convocation a success.
Governor Nazeer, education minister Botsa Satyanarayana, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) chairman K. Hemachandra Reddy, principal secretary, education, J. Syamala Rao and others will attend the convocation.
