NIIT University Hosts Successful 2nd Edition of Educators' Conclave in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Established with a vision to bring about innovation in higher education and learning in emerging areas of the knowledge society, the University of the Future, NIIT University (NU), recently concluded the 2nd edition of the Educators’ Conclave in Vijayawada. The event, held on Sunday, 17th December at Fortune Murali Park, Vijayawada, brought together principals and educators from schools across Vijayawada and Hyderabad for an insightful session.

Prof Prakash Gopalan, President of NU, played a pivotal role in introducing educators to the Unique Differentiators that the university offers at the conclave. With a focus on innovation, NU integrates advanced technology, fostering an environment that nurtures creativity and critical thinking. His insightful session provided a comprehensive overview of how NU is shaping the future of education by embracing these distinctive elements.

Prof Prakash Gopalan, who has recently taken over as the President of NIIT University, has been associated with IIT Mumbai for over 26 years. He holds a doctorate from Purdue University, US, Prof Gopalan obtained his BSc and MS from Nagpur University. The conclave provided a platform for educators to interact with Prof Gopalan, gaining valuable insights into his vision for education. The event showcased NU's commitment to fostering holistic learning, offering an overview of the university's curriculum and its avant-garde programs.
