DPS celebrates graduation of Class 2024
Hyderabad: After spending nearly their entire childhood, when friends successfully leave their alma mater to explore their lives further, it calls for a celebration.
And DPS Nacharam hosted a grand farewell for the Class of 2024. It beautifully blended nostalgia and joy, bringing together students, teachers, and dignitaries to celebrate cherished memories and exciting new beginnings. It was a day where bonds were honoured, achievements celebrated, and futures envisioned.
The ceremony began with the dignitaries lighting the ceremonial lamp, symbolising hope and wisdom. Chairman M. Komaraiah encouraged students to dream fearlessly and uphold the values of their alma mater. Principal Sunitha Rao reflected on the students’ incredible journey, celebrating their growth and accomplishments. Vice Principal Cinymol Nair added a personal touch with anecdotes that resonated with everyone present.
The Memory Lane segment showcased a moving video montage of the Class of 2024’s journey, capturing moments of laughter, triumph, and camaraderie. This emotional tribute set the tone for the day, followed by A Starlit Symphony, a mesmerizing performance by the school’s talented musicians. Adding a special touch was the juniors’ short film, Hit Rewind: Class of 2024 - Their Story, Our Performance. This humorous yet heartfelt tribute beautifully encapsulated the seniors’ journey.
A surprise performance by the teachers stole the spotlight as they took the stage with an electrifying act. Their energy and gestures reflected the deep bond shared with their students, earning thunderous applause. The celebrations continued with dynamic dance performances by students, ranging from elegant classical routines to energetic contemporary acts, showcasing creativity and talent.
As the festivities continued outdoors, everyone gathered for a delicious lunch under the warm sun, fostering unity and connection. The Student Council brought fresh energy with a lively pop dance performance that seamlessly transitioned into a DJ session. The football ground transformed into a vibrant dance floor as students, teachers, and dignitaries came together to celebrate with joy and enthusiasm.
