Hyderabad: The Osmania University (OU) on Friday released the schedule for the State Level Common Postgraduate Entrance Tests (CPGET) for the academic year 2024-2025. The CPGET-2024 exams are scheduled from July 6 to July 15, 2024. The tests will be conducted in three sessions each day: 9.30 am to 11 am, 1 pm to 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 6 pm. The CPGET-2024 exams will facilitate admissions into various postgraduate (PG) courses, including M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., PG Diploma, and five-year integrated programmes.
These courses are available at Osmania University, Kakatiya University, Telangana University, Palamuru University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Satavahana University, Telangana Mahila Viswavidyalayam and Jawaharlal Technological University. The entrance tests will be conducted online via computer based test (CBT) mode across the state. Candidates have been advised to visit their test centres in advance and report one and a half hours before the commencement of examinations.
Notably, there will be no entrance exams for M.A. Arabic, Kannada, Marathi, Persian, Theatre Arts, and M.Sc. Electronics. For further details, students can contact the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University.
