Allu Arjun expands his real estate portfolio with two new properties?

Tollywood's one of the most loved actors Allu Arjun, known for his charismatic performances in blockbuster films like Pushpa and Arya, is back to making headlines, but not for a movie release or a box office record.
The actor had reportedly invested in two new properties at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
According to reports, the Icon Star had purchased two properties in the prime area of Venkatagiri, Jubilee Hills and works on building a new house and office are also underway.
The new house, the reports say, is being built on a huge 3,000 square yards of land and almost 50 to 60 percent works are finished. The project would likely be finished by next year, which will make it one of the largest celebrity-owned houses in Hyderabad.
Allu Arjun is one of the top paid actors in the Tollywood industry, who doesn't shy away from investing in real estate. His Rs 100 crore mansion, which he named 'blessing' and Allu Studios in Hyderabad are well known to not only his fans but film enthusiasts in general.
On the work front, the much-awaited "Pushpa-The Rule," the sequel to the block-buster hit movie 'Pushpa The Rise' will hit the silver screens on December 7.
