TV actress Pooja Misrra has filed a criminal complaint under Section 199 of Cr.P.C. (defamation) against Sunny Leone at a court in Mumbai.
Earlier known to have hurled similar accusations at actress Sonakshi Sinha, Pooja says in her complaint letter that Sunny tried to overshadow her on reality show Bigg Boss, tried to malign her name in interviews and also along with her husband Daniel Weber, made attempts to sabotage her work.
The war started five years ago when the two appeared on reality show Bigg Boss and has been getting murkier since. Pooja got particularly riled up when a contestant of Splitsvilla, a show hosted by Sunny, was called Pooja Misrra. Misrra has alleged that it was done with the sole purpose of demeaning her.
The extensive complaint letter includes 10 more sharp accusations against Sunny.
