Bhumi opens up on working with Sushant in Son Chiriya and Zoya in Lust Stories

Actress Bhumi Pednekar, who will soon be seen sharing screen space with Sushant Singh Rajput in Son Chiriya, is all praise for her co-star. “He is a great friend and I’ve had a wonderful time working with him. He is a very passionate actor and that’s why we get along very well. We’re both very passionate about our work, and he is very hard working,” Bhumi says, adding, “It’s fun working with someone as talented as him because then you have to up your game. You are put in a challenging spot and have to push yourself to work harder when you are cast opposite an actor like Sushant.”

While Sushant will be seen playing a dacoit, Bhumi’s role has been kept under wraps. Director Abhishek Choubey’s Son Chiriya also stars Manoj Bajpayee in a pivotal role.

Meanwhile, Bhumi is basking in the success of Zoya Akhtar’s segment of Lust Stories. “Zoya is very critical of her own work, and so am I. So we’re on the same page. I am glad I’ve had an opportunity to work with her,” she says.
