Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra's next isn't Shotgun Shaadi anymore?

A lot of excitement was brewing for Sidharth Malhotra’s ‘Shotgun Shaadi’, since he was pairing up with Parineeti Chopra again for his second film under Ekta Kapoor’s banner.

The movie is set to go on floors in Lucknow and with that, Ekta Kapoor seems to have found her 'Jabariya Jodi'. That, according to a report on DNA is the name of the film.

“As it’s based on pakadwa vivaah, the makers felt that this was an apt name. In Bhojpuri, jabariya means zabardasti, so the title refers to a couple who is forced to get married. The two actors have also shot for the posters before leaving for Lucknow, so they should be out soon,” a source told the daily.

Sidharth suggested the word during one of his readings. The informer added, “He came across this word during the readings and told the team about it. They liked it instantly.”

Speaking about pairing up with Parineeti again, Sidharth said, “It’s an exciting film for both of us to come back together as a couple on screen. This movie has a mix of humour and good content.”
