Even as Dishoom still continues its run at the box office, the makers of the movie are already mulling over a sequel.
The film will reunite the original cast members John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, although it still remains unclear whether the sequel will also be director by Rohit Dhawan.
Another interesting development however, is that actress Parineeti Chopra, who was roped in for the racy item number, Jaaneman Ahh with Varun in the film, might join as a regular cast member in the sequel.
A source informs, “Producer Sajid Nadiadwala will definitely do Dishoom 2. Both his leading men, John and Varun are very keen on repeating the act.
But director Rohit Dhawan would not like to go into a sequel immediately after his first film. It is likely that Sajid Nadiadwala will get another director to helm the Dishoom sequel. However, the cast will remain the same.”
