Kedarnath launch: Abhishek calls Sara perfect for his direction, she praises Sushant

Kedarnath has been in the news for many reasons, including controversies. The recent one of them was Love Jihad.

It will mark Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut, that with Sushant Singh Rajput.

The trailer of the film was unveiled with Sara, Sushant, director Abhishek Kapoor, producers Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor at a hotel in the suburbs.

There, Abhishek called Sara perfect for him as a director, while Sara went gaga over Sushant as a mentor.

Abhishek said, "I am hyper and get very agitated. She, on the other hand, just looks at me and then says ok sir, sure. Sara is perfect for me as a director."

Meanwhile Sara mentioned, "Sushant is my Hindi teacher. He is the reason I became a better actor."

Coming to Sara, the actress did not make her debut up until now because her father Saif Ali Khan wanted his darling daughter to complete her studies first.

Confirming the same, she said, "Dad asked me to complete my studies before taking up acting. So I was studying and then signed Kedarnath."

Sara thanked her fans for their constant support. She said, "Thank you so much for always showering me with warmth and support though I haven't done anything to deserve it as yet, hopefully, I will, after you see the movie."

Recollecting her experience, Sara added, "I got goosebumps when I heard the story."

The actress also went on to mention, "My Mom (Amrita Singh) and Dad (Saif Ali Khan) were very supportive when I got to be part of Kedarnath".

Ronnie Screwvala came on board much after the film was shot.

On the same, Abhishek said, "Ronnie is like my Shiv. He came and solved all my troubles so that my film can release with ease."

Ronnie too went back and remembered, "We parted ways and came back together."
