Paresh Rawal is truly one of a kind. This veteran actor doesn’t put on a show and always lets his work do the talking. Gearing up for a biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his most ambitious project till date, the actor says, “It’s a huge responsibility.” He’s also certain that he’s the best bet when it comes to portraying the Prime Minister. He says, “Let me assure you nobody else can pull off Narendra Modi’s role. I am sure you all will enjoy my performance, just wait and watch.”
He adds, “The script has been finalised and I’m happy with the way it’s been written. We are going on floors in September.” Meanwhile, Rawal will also be seen playing Sunil Dutt in Sanju.
“Sanjay and I have worked in many films. Almost all details of his life is out there in the public domain. I feel it takes tremendous guts to open up without glorifying one’s life. People completely whitewash their autobiographies but Sanjay has been brutally honest,” Rawal signs off.
