Salman Khan and Parineeti shake a leg at Sania Mirza's sister's sangeet!

Tennis player Sania Mirza’s sister Anam’s sangeet on Wednesday was a grand affair. The who’s who from Bollywood and Tollywood were in attendance. The highlight, however, was an impromptu dance performance by Salman Khan, who joined Sania while she was performing on Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai from his film Sultan.

“The sangeet was a blockbuster. Sania’s wedding was not so grand because of the controversies back then, but she made sure that she didn’t leave any stone unturned when it came to her sister,” says Aaryan Rajput, the official choreographer.

Sania had been practising for the last 15 days for her performance. “Shoaib Mallik and Sania performed on Dhal Gaya Din and Rang De Tu Mohe Gerua. Shoaib practised for his performance after he arrived on Wednesday morning,” adds Aryan.

Besides the family, Anam’s friends and her fiancé Akbar Rasheed also performed. “Akbar surprised her by walking up to the stage, holding her hand and then dedicated a performance to her,” says Aryan. We also spotted Farah Khan, Parineeti, Arjun Kapoor, Ram Charan and Prabhas among others.
